It does not require years of experience, so it can be a brand new company.

E2 Investor Visa
Allows foreign investors to live in the United States. To qualify for this visa, you must have a considerable amount to invest in the country, although it does not establish a minimum amount, you must demonstrate that your company is profitable and viable.

EB5 Investor Visa
It is one of the most popular visas to obtain legal permanent residence in the United States.
However, to apply for this visa you must make a minimum investment of $1 million and for two years you must create or maintain 10 full-time jobs at the time you are admitted to the country.
